The video presentation of our property was the best we have ever seen so it was a disappointment that it didn't sell immediately. However Rob and his team were solid and supportive and held many opens as well as private inspections. When the property finally sold, the buyer kept delaying Settlement (all told, 7 times). Through all this delay Rob kept us fully informed and kept the pressure on the purchaser to complete the contract. We have no hesitation in recommending Rob as a highly professional agent.

Rob Flynn is the man you want for selling in the Bega Valley, he’s quirky, innovative and maybe just a little mad, ( joking). There wasn’t one moment I had to worry about anything, he had it all covered even down to my award winning sale video of my home, even my bulldog made a cameo appearance in the video, Rob and his team were the first agents in town that thought outside the box, while the others were taking photos and doing viewing’s, these trailblazers were producing video’s, jumping in pools, driving old convertibles, featuring livestock, making the videos fun and relatable to everyone you name it they were doing it, even amongst all that fun I got a lot of professionalism, care, great advice and I got my asking price, so if your selling it’s definitely a no brainer, thanks to you and your crazy bunch

Rob sold us our house in 2019 and it was such an easy process. 6 years later we contacted Rob to assist us in selling the same house and again he made the whole process simple. My experience with Cass is miraculous, fun and wonderful. Cass’ knowledge of the local market is second to none. This is indeed an asset and I would not have trusted selling my house with anybody else. She knows what she’s about. She always knew what was happening with what the market was doing at any time. I had complete confidence and trust in Cass, always. I knew I could leave the sale of my property in her capable hands. What I always said to Cass was only she could sell my house, and well, in what was a tough market. She communicated with me on a regular basis, always keeping me informed and updated. Cass was also the property manager for the house, so we have developed a working relationship during this time. I consider Cass a friend. She is personable, honest and open.
