We'd been in the market for a house in the area for years and dealt with multiple other agents in the area, Aaron is by far the best and easiest to deal with.. no games, no pressure and consistently putting in the work for all parties involved. Bell were realistic to work with which meant we were not disappointed with our results. They have good local market knowledge which is important in a unique areas such as the Hills.

Brennan kept us abreast of all the information regarding the home and the homeowner. He even put us in contact with a good solicitor. When he was on vacation he delegated comms to his coworker and still checked in with us on things. No complaints.

Aaron gave us a number of recommendations of what we could do to improve the value of the house. We did those recommendations, they cost to do them. Aaron gave a lot of time to get the recommendations actioned. He was always available when we needed to talk to him. He knows everything about the market in the area we lived. Everything he said would happen - did. The price he said we should think as a sale price was exactly the price we got. Overall Aaron was amazing to work with. I will use Aaron if we have the opportunity.

Brennan was incredible, he was very patient with all my questions and although was representing the sellers was very honest and considerate along the way.
