We had such a fantastic experience working with Sam, she guided us through the first inspection and continued on through private inspections up until we got the offer and our dream home. We cannot thank you enough for all your help and support. 10/10 would recommend.

Sam was a pleasure to work with and was always very transparent and honest in every aspect of her job. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying in the area.

Brennan kept us abreast of all the information regarding the home and the homeowner. He even put us in contact with a good solicitor. When he was on vacation he delegated comms to his coworker and still checked in with us on things. No complaints.

I had a great experience selling my property through Aaron at Bell Real estate. He and all the team there have been always available if I had question. Also got a fair price for my vacant block & house block sales. Would recommend to use them if your in the Emerald and surrounding region.

Aaron gave us a number of recommendations of what we could do to improve the value of the house. We did those recommendations, they cost to do them. Aaron gave a lot of time to get the recommendations actioned. He was always available when we needed to talk to him. He knows everything about the market in the area we lived. Everything he said would happen - did. The price he said we should think as a sale price was exactly the price we got. Overall Aaron was amazing to work with. I will use Aaron if we have the opportunity.

Brennan was absolutely amazing. This was our first time going through such a stressful and unfamiliar process, and she supported us every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, guided us through each stage, and always made us feel confident and reassured. He even came to our building inspection, which meant so much to us. He knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference.
