Samantha was great to deal with. She knew the market well and give us excellent advice on preparing our home for sale. I had a wonderful experience with selling my house thanks to the brilliant work by Samantha. She actually listened to me, did things that were discussed and in a timely manner. She always was on time or let me know if there was going to be a delay and she did a lot of behind the scenes work getting in people to view the property. She was always friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice. When things got tricky with the buyer being difficult, she helped me to navigate through the issues and we were able o sort everything out. I have brought and sold several houses over the years and I can honestly say that I wish I had Samantha for all those transactions. I very highly recommend Samantha and am sure you will too if you give her a try. I really don't think you can go wrong if you choose Samantha to be your Real Estate Agent. I wish her all the best.
