It’s a very stressful time to be selling at the moment and Brennan just knew what to say and was more like a friend then just an agent. When I would start to panic or was unsure of anything he would just totally level me out and my husband definitely thanked Brennan for that! Our Experience was a difficult process with multiple owners of a deceased estate, over several years between initial contact with Samantha, and sale of the property. Samantha's support & patience was exemplary. Her professionalism shown in difficult times was always with a smile. She took the time to engage in conversation that showed understanding; she informed, assisted & reassured. If unavailable, or if time was needed to find an answer, she was honest, and always got back when she was available, with an answer & explanation of the answer.. Her knowledge of the local area, greatly assisted, but combined with her knowledge of the market, how it works, & how people work with or against a sale in a competitive of fluctuating financial situation, was brilliant. Sam was prepared, and had multiple 'strings to her bow', with a plan, should things go pear shaped. Sam is not pushy, not confrontational with expectations from the vendor.
