Our Experience was a difficult process with multiple owners of a deceased estate, over several years between initial contact with Samantha, and sale of the property. Samantha's support & patience was exemplary. Her professionalism shown in difficult times was always with a smile. She took the time to engage in conversation that showed understanding; she informed, assisted & reassured. If unavailable, or if time was needed to find an answer, she was honest, and always got back when she was available, with an answer & explanation of the answer.. Her knowledge of the local area, greatly assisted, but combined with her knowledge of the market, how it works, & how people work with or against a sale in a competitive of fluctuating financial situation, was brilliant. Sam was prepared, and had multiple 'strings to her bow', with a plan, should things go pear shaped. Sam is not pushy, not confrontational with expectations from the vendor. Sam is simply a quiet patient & diligent achiever , that works hard for her clients, whilst working with the potential purchasers, bringing the best outcome possible. Where communication was as required, and if anyone needed further detail or more frequent contact Sam provided what was asked for. It was a long process for us, but as one of 5 owners .. I couldn't be more satisfied with all Sam has provided in her role as Real Estate Agent acting for us. Thank You Sam.
