From day one Aaron conducted himself and presented himself in a most professional way. His manner was both friendly and cheerful, but also business like in regards to assisting us with decisions relating to our intended property sale. All the information he provided us with was useful and purposeful, and his knowledge of the industry and its features extensive. Aaron immediately gave us the impression of being very trustworthy and honest. Throughout the process of selling our property from A-Z Aaron has made himself available for calls and emails and has been very prompt in responding to them. We feel that Aaron's abilities and strengths have gone a very long way toward us having been able to successfuly sell our property, to realise the best market value, and all whilst having to take into account the restrictions in place as a consequence of the Coronavirus, which limited his usual capacity to show multiple groups through the property. Never-the-less Aaron was able to market and sell our property within a relatively short period of time which was most impressive. His liaising between ourselves and the buyers of our property has also assisted greatly in making the entire transaction far more less complicated thatn we might have anticipated. From the first meeting Aaron we felt quite safe in putting our home and small hobby farm in his and his teams hands to sell. Aaron seemed to actually enjoy his job and was positive, confident, knowledgeable about the area and what was a reasonable price to expect. It was a difficult time to sell due to Corona, so the patience of the whole team was amazing. It was the team selling under the leadership of a good leader which really impressed us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron and his team at Belle, we think they were fantastic, no nonsense, kept us informed, kept us realistic and positive.
