I found Samantha to be very easy to deal with and very willing to answer questions and provide extra information. At no time did I feel that she was being anything other than honest about the property and what the vendors expectations were. When it got to the negotiating stage Samantha was very even handed in the way she conducted the sale, I felt that she fairly presented my reasons for the initial offer to the vendors and after some negotiation we all arrived at a mutually satisfactory outcome. I was dubious at first to sign up with Sam at Bell Real Estate in Emerald for my property that was at Pakenham but I went ahead with her as she was highly recommended her and I felt I could trusted her. Sam gave good recommendations on how to present my home and even helped me pull down a small fence in my back yard to improve the appeal! Sam is not only very professional but very personable also. She always does what she says she is going to do and communicates back to both parties. We also had the added issue of dealing with tenants via the sale and Sam dealt with all of that with no problems what so ever.
