The endeavour of putting my 99 year-old mother into aged care included the significant task of selling her house and the last thing I needed was a stressful experience. The best thing I did was to contact Greg Earney and suddenly everything fell into place. Greg assisted in all aspects of managing the sale by having a list of contacts that looked after every aspect of preparing the property for sale to achieve a great outcome. The highlight of having Greg managing the sale was that he had a list of prospective buyers such that the house sold in 8 days!!! Greg’s professionalism was evident from day one and he was always on-call to assist with any query or advice that I needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Greg and his wonderful staff.

We have known Bec and her wonderful reputation as an estate agent for some years and had no hesitation in choosing Property Partners when it came to selling. Property Partners was formed by Bec some yrs ago primarily focusing on the property market in a different part of Yarra Rangers. That said for many many Years Bec worked for an agent in Belgrave so her knowing of our area is the equal of anyone. During negotiations with the eventual Buyer an issue arose that potentially was going to reduce the final price. Not sure what Bec did but the buyer further increased his offer to match our top price again. I can’t recommended Bec more highly

Saying "thank you" to Alan, just doesn't feel enough. The experience we had with him compared to our estate agents last year - chalk and cheese. Alan's work ethic is second to none. He's honest, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, transparent and his communication is spot on. We always felt informed and supported, every step of the way. We're so grateful to have had him by our side for such a stressful, big moment in our lives. Our home was sold by day 7 and officially signed up by day 8. Even when contracts were signed, he still worked tirelessly in the background incase the sale fell through. He was supposed to sell my parents' house as well, but due to family medical issues, this did not go ahead. Alan's concern was for my family's well being and not with the sale that he lost. We cannot recommend Alan highly enough. If you want the best price, a quick result and an honest agent. Alan is your man!!!

I really like Ryan’s no stress approach he just got on with what had to be done. He is very easy to talk to and actually listened to your concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. As the vendor I was very happy with the price my property sold for which had only been on the market for 9 days.
