I would never sell with another agent
I just sold my first house through Alan and had no idea what I was doing. He guided us through the process and made it such a pleasant experience. He helped us with who to use for styling, was all over photography requirements and the number of opens required. He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process. You are in great hands with Alan

Awesome Agent
10 out of 10 in local knowledge, communication and professionalism. Sold within a week above price range. We were novices at buying and then selling, Ryan was very understanding and gently led us through the process making us feel confident that we would achieve our price. Allan (and teammate Georgia) were exceptional real estate agents throughout our entire home-buying process. Their honesty and integrity were evident from the start, and we felt we could completely trust their guidance. Georgia and Allan's hustle and tenacity ensured we never missed an opportunity (once showing us three homes in day!), and their engaging personalities made working with them a pleasure. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and their deep understanding of the local housing market gave us valuable insights. Beyond the usual duties, Allan and Georgia went above and beyond by removing rubbish prior to settlement and arranging for us to visit the property beforehand to measure and plan. They even sent us a beautiful gift box when our home settled. Georgia and Allan's commitment to excellence truly makes them stand out. The perfect agent for us!
We could not have asked for a better person to sell our home than Allan (and Georgia).
