Excellent agent
Allan is an amazing agent. We purchased our home from him 9 years ago, and have just sold with him. Communication was excellent, and he was with us every step of the way explaining how it all worked. He also offered other assistance in regards to searching for our new home, contacting agents, conveyancing suggestions, etc. We would highly recommend Allan for anyone buying or selling in the future.

Always positive and there to help
Allan was particularly helpful when selling our property in Montrose. He was always available to answer questions and give advice. His negotiation skills were excellent and he worked hard for both sides, buyers and sellers. We got a price we were happy with and Allen played a key role in that. I would recommend him and would use him again if required.
