Tracey provides an excellent service
Tracey has just the right balance of providing constant feed back, she managed our tenant with minimum fuss and consideration for their personal circumstances this was of high importance to us and the basis of our overall satisfaction. She also provided good feed back during the negotiation phase and acted on our instruction. Over all the process was made very easy for us and we appreciated her professionalism and easy manner. We would recommend Tracey to any potential vendor who is looking to sell their property with minimum fuss.

Jo is a service oriented agent with great communication and relationship skills. Jo sold the property to me at 19 Oriole St and I love it. I was hoping of course to pay a lower price than that asked but that's the way it goes sometimes. I would recommend Jo for future property purchases / sales.
