I chose David because of Hocking Stuart's excellent results and I was not disappointed. I followed David's advice every step of the way - including delaying the sale, having the house vacant rather than tenanted, having a designer furnish it and choosing an efficient solicitor to make the sale go smoothly. The house was sold prior to auction for a price slightly higher than the predicted range. David was always quick to respond to emails and texts. The process was very smooth, even though I was overseas for most of the time. I would highly recommend.

Besim is professional but also extremely personable. My sale proved particularly problematic, due to factors outside his control, but he remained upbeat and positive throughout. He went above and beyond in terms of hosting viewings late in the evening so potential buyers could see the view from my apartment at night, and his unflappable approach helped me stay calm (or at least calmer) during a pretty stressful process. At the end of the day I was very happy with the result given the trying circumstances, and I have no doubt much of that was due to Besim.

I had experienced both buying and selling with David. His signature style is to provide his Customer with the best service available on the market. David never gives you figures which are not achievable. You always stay fully informed and updated during the real estate campaign. It makes you feel more relaxed and grounded. And you always have the options: Plan A/ Plan B, etc. So you are fully prepared for different scenarios. Which way to go is your decision.

From the minute we met Besim we felt a strong confidence that he would do the right thing by us. Not only is he a very likeable fellow, he comes across as really honest and straight-talking. Doesn't try to snow you like other agents we've dealt with in previous years. His communication was excellent, keeping us constantly up to date on where things were with our prospective sale. Although we sold for less than originally hoped for, that was our ultimate choice, and with a depressed market it was great to sell without having to pay for an advertising campaign, as Besim had people already on his list of possible purchasers. Besim showed me the full range of skills required in taking my property to market in a climate that was changing very quickly. His estimates of the price to offer - and the likely price to be achieved -were much closer to the final mark than my own - and proved to be spot on. He took a lot of time to understand my property and how to put it to market - and communicated regularly with me on progress - even when the situation was turning difficult as the recent market decline quickly took hold. I was overseas for some of the time during the sale campaign and he went to quite some lengths to make sure he could reach me and properly communicate what was happening.
