David was instrumental in us achieving a great result when selling our property recently. I went into the process thinking we were going to sell privately to an investment purchaser but at David's insistence, we should aim to sell via auction and we ended up selling to an owner occupier for considerably more than the reserve and that also sold by the competition in the same building!
