As executor for the estate of my late father, I had to be sure that the agent chosen was not just suitable to me to deal with but also had the acceptance of other family members. David proved to be the best fit for personality and professionalism. He respected my needs in an agent to be direct and forthcoming on the best approaches on the house sale and not be aggressive towards me as a potential vendor when David knew that I was talking and comparing other agents. David was in constant communication with me during the house sale process which was essential as I was living interstate. I did not expect David to respond to messages on Sundays but he did. David listened and respected my opinions. While David was competently assisted by Stephanie Evans, David did lead the sale of the house in all aspects and he could action the office staff for immediate tasks to be undertaken and generally completed within the hour. While I was despondent that the house did not sell at auction, David assured me that he would sell the house within the fortnight. The house sold the very next work day much to my pleasure, and at a price family members believed was the very best possible. We viewed David and other agents conducting auctions prior to engaging David's services, and David seemed to have the knack at extracting the last cent from potential buyers. Some maintenance work was required at the house and David had organised a quote without being asked which has been a help. David has made the sale of the house seem effortless on my behalf.
