I was blown away by Simone’s dedication and professionalism throughout the process of selling our house recently. It was the first home we owned as a young family, and so first time selling; we were well-directed by Simone every step of the way, she gave us confidence and reassurance, and in the end delivered the result we wished to achieve. Above all, Simone was such a pleasant and wonderful person to work with, I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone selling their home.

Simone and Joseph helped us purchase our first home! They were very friendly and provided valuable guidance and support throughout the process. On the day of the auction they helped us keep track of the bidding as it proceeded, and they were happy to facilitate viewing of the property after the auction for measurements etc. Overall a very positive experience and would be more than happy to utilise their services in the future.

Simone has been of great help in guiding me on my property sale of a two bedroom terrace in Leichhardt. I received the same level of professional and trustworthy service when I purchased the same property from her eight years ago. She is a very experienced Agent who can analyse the market, advise on current and potential future trends and provide professional advice. Thank you for achieving a good and fair price for me.

Rob provided exceptional service throughput my campaign and his guidance on how to market my property got me the result I wanted prior to auction. His knowledge of Leichhardt and how best to market my property was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process he and his team kept me updated after each house open. I feel that the Belle Property team played an integral role in my end result and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home in this area.

Simone is a leading Inner West agent and an extremely warm and approachable person who brings a can-do attitude and an inspirational flavour to all of her professional dealings. When selling our home, Simone truly was a breath of fresh air – always on the front foot, regularly checking in with us, and providing a positive and motivated attitude that achieved our ideal result. She efficiently and effectively project managed all aspects of our sale, and even helped with recommendations as we moved and purchased in another suburb. She knows the Inner West market amazingly well, and her contact list is endless. If you need someone at the top of the game to do the hard work for you and achieve your best outcome, Simone is the agent for you!

After a disappointing experience with another agent, we didn’t have high hopes for the results we believed we should be able to achieve. Simone was great- she really knew the market, worked exceptionally hard, and made selling our house in a really tight time frame for a price well above our expectations possible. The way she works to present her properties to the market is second to none. Her knowledge and skill working with the buyers delivered results before auction, over $300,000 higher than our previous real estate agent tried to get us to accept for our property. We were comfortable letting her take the lead on everything and really felt that she was working towards what was best for our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to achieve outstanding results, and I would definitely engage her services again in the future.
