I cannot speck more highly of an agent. Being an ex-agent myself and having been involved in property development for a number of years, I have had the opportunity to deal with a number of agents and without a doubt Rebecca is one of the best, I found her to be personable, honest and always does as she says is going to do. I highly recommend her.

Rebecca knows the market inside out, doesn't make promises she can't keep and is on top of every little detail before you've even thought about it. She goes above and beyond and everything is easy with Rebecca around. Would not hesitate to go with Rebecca again.

Michael, Rob and Madeleine provided exceptional service throughout my campaign and their skills got me the result I wanted prior to auction. Their knowledge of Leichhardt and how best to market my property was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process they kept me updated after each house open. I feel that the Belle Property team played an integral role in my end result and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home in this area.

I'm so happy that my family chose Rebecca and Robert for our real estate needs. Nothing was too hard, it was never too late to ring, anything we needed, Rebecca got for us. The whole process was simple and she explained everything as it happened. We 100% recommend Rebecca for any real estate needs and will gladly be using her expertise again in the near future. Well done, and thank you.

Rob sold my inner-west flat, off-market. He was super easy to deal with - upfront about what price could be achieved (I did slightly better than I thought I would), hardworking and great at keeping me up to date with developments. He even drove papers to me at home when I couldn’t get a babysitter. I wouldn’t hesitate engaging him again or recommending him to friends and family.

I went with Belle Property Annandale based on their professional, thorough & transparent sales end to end process and communication, and consistent solid results in the area. I had high number of inspections and contract requests. Their analysis of potential buyers were accurate lead up to the auction and supported me during the auction to achieve above the reserve price.
