Simone's knowledge of the market and the property were faultless. She provided terrific support throughout the buying process (which can be daunting even for an experienced purchaser), and regularly went the extra mile to help. There was never any pressure applied at any stage. We built a solid rapport and I felt that I could trust and rely upon Simone. I am very happy with my purchase.

Michael always made himself available to discuss the sale of my house. I live interstate so having Michael and the team on the ground in Sydney took a lot of the stress out of the process. I was really pleased with the results and I sold before auction

We had a fantastic experience working with Michael on our recent sales campaign. He's polished, professional and extremely passionate. We valued his incredibly strategic approach, he considers all angles and leaves no stone unturned, his attention to detail and clarity of communication was outstanding. But most importantly he's genuine and empathetic and we always felt we could have open, honest and productive conversations. Michael played a critical role in the Belle Annandale A-Team we engaged on our sales campaign and we're so thrilled we made the choice to work with them, we wouldn't hesitate recommending Michael and the team to others.

I live interstate and Robert made it very easy to arrange the sale. From giving me options on styling the property and advising on a marketing plan to get the best outcome. I was kept in the loop all the way and Robert would call after each open to give me an update on number of groups that came through and interested parties. I would highly recommend Robert and his team.

Rob is a fantastic operator with outstanding local knowledge and a wealth of experience that he used to effectively build and execute a successful sales campaign for our property. He surrounds himself with an extremely strong team (our A-Team!) who collectively made us feel every detail was always considered and completely under control. He has a fantastic, positive energy, communication was always prompt, open and honest, and advice was well-considered and thoughtfully expressed. We loved working with Rob and his team and wouldn't hesitate engaging them again or recommending them to others.

Belle Annandale (Rob, Michael, Madeline, Rebecca) work incredible as a team. I wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend them if you're selling in the IW. We found the whole experience VERY well managed. Each open home went smoothly, admin was spotless (thanks Madeline), sales energy levels are always up (Rob, Michael, Rebecca), and weekly feedback provided valuable insight. The communication throughout the campaign is balanced, you feel well connected at all times but also removed enough to let them work the process. We liked working with them very much, and felt at ease from signature to sale.

Michael was on board for our house sale right from the start, with a very experienced and detailed eye for how we should present the property. His team have been more than helpful, fair and prompt in all their communications with us. When it came down to negotiation we couldn't have hoped for a better result than with Michael handling the situation, you need a pro to act calmly and assess things at light speed.

Michael was great to work with. We met Michael while looking at houses and chose him to sell our place. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the areas he works in. He also helped arrange styling and light repairs/painting. We were pleased with our final sale and the way it was handled.
