I met Lauchaln at an open house when I was looking at the market, so when I found a house I liked it meant I had to sell mine, and he was one of five agents I spoke with. From the very first he was open, straight forward, and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. While confirming my purchase he was supportive with information and advice, without ever being intrusive; and from when we initiated the sale of my property, he wasn't just on top of the process - I felt he was out in front of it - anticipating and answering any questions and providing assistance and guidance. In the final negotiations, while I felt I got an excellent outcome, he was fair, I believe, to both me and the purchaser and I felt that it was a win win situation - I hope the purchaser did too! I couldn't recommend Lauchlan highly enough, and the Hocking Stuart team appeared to all be of the same calibre. 10/10 Lauchlan and Hocking Stuart!!
