Selling our parents’ home that has been in our family for over 45 years was one of the most important decisions my brother and I had to make. I thought Andrew James was exceptional in how he handled the whole campaign and auction day for my property. In the future I will seek Andew to sell my next property. He is extremely professional, charismatic, has excellent knowledge of the market and a brilliant auctioneer. Andrew had to work hard on auction day to keep the buyers bidding and motivated. The auction result was excellent thanks to his experience. Andrew has worked for many years in Armadale and I remember meeting him when I bought my first apartment many years ago. He is dedicated and in the property market for the long term. In addition his team/agencies (the property styling, advertising copywriting, and photography) was outstanding! We had no issues through the campaign. Better than other agents I have worked with.

My flat in Winter Street Malvern was recently sold by Lauchlan of Hocking Stuart Armadale. It was a very professional campaign handled extremely well by Lauchlan and his assistant Carla. I was very happy with the way they both kept me continuously updated and informed at all times. Lauchlan was a great help explaining the campaign process along with the pros and cons and even helped to arrange small but important details such as display furniture. He also scheduled additional open sessions during the campaign to keep the momentum going and went the 'extra step' on more than one occasion during the lead up to the auction. He was very clear on explaining the auction process and on the day was calm and in control of the situation at all times. The property was sold post-auction within 24 hours and the weekend work of Lauchlan and Carla was dedicated and very impressive, nothing was too much bother or too late to call.
