Auction price was listed incorrectly in print media on day of auction. He seemed distracted through the campaign. Left my house unlocked twice after open times. Failed to mention and show attic storage space even after being asked about it by interested buyers. When I questioned things, he was always defensive. Did not feel heard. I may not have sold my property for a higher price with a different agent but I was very disappointed in the experience.

We appreciated Andrew's advice and expertise in the sale of our investment property. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. He was always upfront with us and we felt we could count on him, especially as we don't live in Melbourne and were relying on him as our local expert. The only area that could have been improved was the expected sale price needed to be revised downward during the campaign based on feedback from the market, however that is the nature of the market and this was executed in a timely and professional manner.
