I could not fault the service I got from Walter and his team from the first day I asked for a proposal through to the sale of the property. The service was prompt, the advice I was given was excellent and I was impressed with the way I was kept informed throughout. I took some convincing to sell shortly before Auction, but with the benefit of hindsight Walter's advice helped get a very strong price in a very unpredictable market. We interviewed 3 agents and we picked Andrew because he had the most experience selling in the Prahran area .He was someone that we felt we could work with. What do I mean by that ? He was positive, but did not raise our expectations beyond what is realistic. And in a tight situation ( which later proved to occur ), we could rely on his experience. The campaign went according to expectations. During the campaign which started positive, but later hit a major obstacle ( rising interest rates and downswing in market mood ), we adjusted our expectations slightly. This adjustment ( on the advice by Andrew ) was necessary in that it keep interest in the property. We hit a further further obstacle, when the property was passed in. Andrew and Michael persevered and within less than a week, the property was sold within the acceptable price range. The campaign started off well, but due to external factors, hit bumps and am glad Andrew and Michael was there to look after the sale.
