I was blown out of the water with the service i received from Andrew James, Michael Swainson and their supporting team. I was a nervous first home seller in an unprecedented falling market. They ensured that i was informed all the way along the process and the communication was outstanding. My home had its own quirks and we needed a certain buyer who could see past them. The house was passed in at auction on the day but the follow up on a sunday ( agents day off) ensured that it was sold the next day. I would recommend this team to my friends and honestly feel like i couldn't be in better hands
