We were immediately impressed with Walter and Andrew during our first meeting. Their knowledge of the area shone through and they were extremely personable, professional and sincere. Throughout the entire process which included COVID interruptions and an online auction we could not have felt in safer hands. Walter was so approachable and easy to deal with. No question felt too silly, he kept us constantly updated and ultimately we obtained a result we could only dreamed of. We would not go with anyone else, should we sell again in the future. Andrew and Michel recently sold our apartment in Glen Iris and we are happy with the result. The purchase had the potential to be very difficult as we are interstate and could not travel to Victoria due to Covid restrictions but it was made very doable due to the willingness of the agents to facilitate on line viewing and assisting with a walk through of the premises. In addition to this, the whole process of submitting an offer pre-auction and negotiating the sale was painless and beyond our expectations.
