Wally showed that he was not only keen to sell our property but he was able manage the buyer so that we could reach a price that was agreeable to both without losing purchaser interest. When selecting Wally from other agents that we interviewed ( 5 others) we felt he showed a genuine interest and included Charmaine as part of his team package.
