Lauchlan clearly understands the local market well and was in constant communication in regard to how the campaign was going, as well as dealing with challenges (such as a difficult neighbor and a snap lockdown) along the way. There were some things about the property I am sure the previous owner did not advice Lachlan, water leak sound in bedroom and oven not working correctly, which I believe was known by to the owner, which I wish I was advised about, not Lachlan's fault.
