From the outset Brooke went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. She allowed us a viewing of the property even though she was on leave at the time. She was efficient and knowledgeable. She followed up promptly after the viewing but not at all at any time in a pushy manner. She was quick in response to any questions we had and continued to be throughout the entire process.
