Loretta sold my unit in under 3 days at a great price. I now wanted to purchase a Townhouse, knowing my taste and requirements , as the market is very tight and not a lot up for Sale , Loretta, always kept me updated , with what was available. Due to her Great Agent Skills, Loretta found my perfect Townhouse, which naturally I bought. Loretta is , Informative, Approachable, and always ready to answer any questions.

Off market transaction so not a lot of interaction required. That said, all dealings were very professional and efficient. Great result on the sale price.

From the first contact Loretta was 100 per cent on achieving the best possible price for us as sellers. Her tenacity and keenness did not waiver during the whole campaign even though her schedule was very full. She was always friendly and polite and met us every time with her lovely big smile which also gave us confidence a favourable outcome would be achieved.

Loretta made the sales process easy and achieved an exceptional outcome for my property. I received 10 offers immediately following the first weekend open home. As a first time seller, I appreciated Loretta’s valuable advice and guidance and that she kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Loretta’s knowledge of Ascot and it’s surrounds is exceptional and I would recommend her as an excellent agent to use if you intend to buy or sell.

We’d had a negative experience with other agents and then we were introduced to Brooke from Belle Ascot and Clinton from Belle Redcliffe. They were a breath of fresh air to us as they were true to their word in all our dealings with them and they helped us achieve the outcome we we needed.

After a couple of awful experiences with other agents we ended up working with Brooke from Ascot and Clinton from Redcliffe agencies. They were both incredible to work with. Their support was fantastic and their communication through the whole process helped guide us and gave us great confidence in the whole process. We can’t say enough about how great the whole experience working with them was to us, except to say they achieved the result that we were looking. John and Sharon Filmer
