Personable, Great Communicator
I had the pleasure of dealing with Loretta for the initial purchase and then later sale of an apartment in Nundah. Loretta is very personable and has vast knowledge of real estate in the area. Loretta was in my opinion realistic about the value, which is central to when selling, and I found that gave me a degree of certainty and confidence. I had researched the market well and knew of Loretta's extensive knowledge of both the industry and area, and these were key determinants in my selection. Other contributing factors were that all enquiries were addressed or attended to immediately and communication in the lead up to the sale was constant and did not waver. Loretta's approach and style is reassuring, not imposing and the engagement is such that you can dictate the pace at of events.

Loretta and the Belle team were amazing!
It has been quite awhile since my husband and I have purchased a property in Brisbane, and Loretta and the team made the process seamless. This was particularly challenging given we are located overseas at the moment.
