An interstate re-location meant that we were faced with the decision to unexpectedly sell our newly built family home. Brooke's initial analysis and price guidance meant that we would be looking for a record sale for our land size in our suburb, which ultimately lead to the decision of selling our home. Brooke took the time to go through every detail of our campaign and all of the 'what if questions', which meant that we weren't faced with any surprises throughout the campaign. Although we were unsuccessful at auction, the campaign was stress free from start to finish. We were presented with a number of offers throughout the campaign that didn't quite hit the mark, and we were not pressured to reduce or compromise on our price target. Needless to say, Brooke obtained the record price that was provided in her initial guidance. Brooke and her team were extremely kind hearted, supportive and caring throughout the entire process, particularly in the critical hours surrounding open homes and the auction. This made our experience very positive, while we came to terms with our decision to sell our home. Her communication was second to none and clearly, her negotiation and marketing skills are exceptional. Following out last set of property sales with Brooke, we were so impressed and said in our review that we would use her again. We did, and we certainly were not disappointed.
