I have found the team at Belle Avalon Beach to be very good. Respectful of our needs (as a buyer), courteous and readily available. Chyna is fair and genuine, and while working in the interests of the Vendor (as should be), was also very considerate of our position in negotiations.

From our first meeting with Greg we were very impressed with his knowledge of our local area and his team’s experience to support us through the sale. His ability to communicate with us and explain the sales process he would use made us confident he was the appropriate agent for us. His guidance made it so easy for us to present the house to the best advantage to sell. Greg also kept in close contact with us the whole time and nothing we asked was too much trouble. All of Greg’s team are amazing and gave us excellent support. Tanesha organized to have immediate required work done for presentation of the property. What would have taken us a month or so to organize, she had achieved in a week. Tanesha is a fantastic asset to the Belle team. She is an excellent organizer and always maintains constant contact through the process. Also Alex and Georgia came to the house inspections and did a great job. Thank you so much Greg, Tanesha, Alex, and Georgia for all the effort you put into selling our home. We would recommend Greg and his wonderful team to all prospective buyers. They make sure everything works like clockwork during the entire sale process.

We had a property in Avalon Avalon is a niche market you need to want to live in Avalon or palm beach to communicate around the bilgola bends It’s a quiet area Greg and Georgia were great we received pretty much inline with what we wanted and for the area it was a good price we just had to wait for that buyer sold with in under 30 days

From the very first meeting with Greg there was always a vast wealth of knowledge, a feeling of flexilbility, open and honest communication, a “precise plan” and step by step support along the way. No phone call was ever a bother. Greg and the team were always able to provide a solution. Thankyou team Greg for all your expertise and hard work to make the sale of the house happen. Also a heartfelt thankyou for finding the next forever home. With so much appreciation and gratitude Cathy

Can't speak more highly of Veronica and Belle Properties.

They were very helpful and honest and tried to get us the best price. This was not achieved because of unexpected circumstances. But we were still happy in the end and they did the job that was expected of them.

Was continually impressed with the friendly and professional manner conducted by the Belle staff during opens and offer negotiations. Queries were responded to punctually and respect shown to all parties involved when coming to an accepted offer. Looking forward now to working with Belle for property management services before we move into our downsizer/forever home in a couple of years. Thank you to all the team at Belle including Greg, Veronica and Tanesha!

Veronica is very pleasant to deal with and she remains focused on the job of selling the property, even when the market is tough. She does not shy away from hard conversations nor hard negotiations; she uses knowledge and logic to drive forward toward an outcome She is on top of the market, very aware and focused on a result. She strives to be fair to both vendor and buyer and is capable of reasoned persuasion to achieve a result. WHICH SHE DID! Great to work with, recommended.
