Honest ethical transparent genuine - that’s Veronica and our experience with her over 3 years. This is not our first rodeo but there is no other agent we have ever said “we trust you” too. She holds our biggest asset in her hands and we do not question her, ever. Thank you again Veronica for being the best we could ever ask for.

Veronica was great. She acted so professionally on behalf of the vendors, but also worked hard to help us, the buyers to achieve the conditions that we needed to feel confident in committing to the purchase. She was readily available and always willing to spend time helping us with any queries we had. As we aren’t locals, she also gave us great advice on local walks, restaurants and dog parks. All this helped to contribute to our confidence in purchasing in this area.

Veronica Allen was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at all points in the process, from our initial viewing, through to the conclusion of our successful negotiation. She was readily contactable and always happy to help with any queries we may have. We are immensely happy with the service that Veronica, Brynn Berg, and Belle Avalon provided.

Greg was always professional, friendly, committed, approachable and very knowledgeable about the current market. He walked us through the whole sale process and provided valuable advice about the market and the preparation of our property. We never felt pressured and he presented his facts for consideration to guide us. He was always accessible, patient and communicated regularly, ensuring that we were informed of progress at every step of the way. His considerable experience was obvious from the beginning, and he helped us to understand the strategies and options available. Thank you Greg and the Belle Property team for your diligence, commitment and care!

This is the third time we have sold through different agents and by far the best experience we have had. Greg and Dylan’s professionalism is outstanding and we were proud to have them presenting our house. From the outset, the sale of our house was a true collaboration, & communication was frequent & clear. Greg’s superior and experienced negotiation skills secured a price we were extremely happy with and they made the whole process surprisingly stress free. We felt we were in very good hands. We would definitely use them again.
