Our family recently entrusted Greg Griffin and Chyna Schrieber from Belle Avalon Beach to market and sell our family's, home which we had held for over 50 years. It was a very sensitive and stressful time, due to our Mothers recent passing and challenging market conditions generally. From the very beginning, I found Greg's calm, steady demeanour and quiet confidence to be very reassuring, and his intuition, insight and experience quickly became apparent. His answers to all of our family's query's and concerns were honest, accurate and well considered, and this allowed us to focus very clearly on the various milestones of the marketing campaign, and a successful auction and sale. Greg's entire team at Belle were very friendly and helpful with all related matters and Chyna particularly, was of great assistance throughout the process. In hindsight, it is no surprise that Greg was referred to me by two completely separate Family Friends, and I have no hesitation in referring him onwards to anyone requiring his service. Greg and Belle Avalon were a pleasure to deal with.
