Veronica Allen is an excellent real estate agent and a genuinely lovely person. She is smart, sensible, warm and incredibly hard working - and she really knows how to sell houses! From our first meeting till the champagne corks popped, Veronica was a joy to work with. When we began preparing the house for sale, Veronica walked through the house gently advising us where to spend, where to save: she helped us decide which colours would work, where rooms could be rearranged for better flow etc, how to enhance views, where to improve the garden. When we ran our of energy, she drew up lists and then brought her crack team of tradies together to work a miracle without breaking the bank - our house was transformed! Throughout the campaign Veronica worked tirelessly to ensure a huge number of potential purchasers viewed the property and she communicated clearly, concisely and frequently. She was always available to support us, answer questions, and provide advice. At auction, Veronica ensured everyone was prepared, briefed and well-supported - and in the end she achieved a price beyond our dreams ... and the purchaser is delighted too! If you are selling in the Avalon area - work with Veronica she really is the best there is!

Very very good. I would use Veronica as an agent again.
I chose Veronica as my agent as she had a proven record in my street on previous sales before we had our first meeting. I found Veronica to be very knowledgeable on her local area and extremely easy to work with. Veronica will go out of her way for her client and the same for prospective buyers, nothing is too much of a problem. I was kept up to date at all times and any phone calls were always answered. There were some little difficulties at times with my sale, (not due to Veronica), however she always handled everything with utmost professionalism and kindness. I have no hesitation in recommending Veronica as an agent and wish her all the success she deserves for her hard work. I have bought and sold many homes and would definitely use Veronica again as my agent.
