The experience that I had with Claudette Greg and Alex was outstanding the most professional team. I could not be happier with the results. The process from start to finish was an amazing journey. Every step was dealt with care. Every single open home was done with pride and nothing was a bother. I could not be happier

From a buyers perspective, our transaction was a transparent and fluid process from start to finish. Greg Griffin is concise and professional through all aspects of the negotiation, and Alex Schreiber ensured the contractual logistics were convenient. A professional and organised experience.

Absolutely fabulous! Mark and Emer were extremely professional, punctual, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me great support and kept me accurately and thoroughly informed throughout the sale process. Mark work tirelessly to get me a price that I was elated with. Having previously bought & sold 12 properties, this was the best real estate experience that I’ve had in my life.

Greg was on the same page as us from the very first meeting. With his years of knowledge and experience in the Bilgola area, he was able to give us insight into the market and when would be the best time for us to achieve our goals. We trusted his honest approach and felt that we would be supported on this important journey. We were not disappointed. Greg arrived with the most professional team of agents, market/sales experts, interior designers and photographers. They helped us to present our property so that it would showcase and enhance the qualities within our home. Open houses were completed with efficiency and respect. All COVID responsibilities were met and our needs as an extended family always put first. Weekly meetings kept us informed of the whole process and honest feedback ensured that we achieved our goals within the realistic parameters of the market. Our first offer was a street record. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his team to anyone at anytime. We will always be grateful for his time, hard work and efficiency.
