On the weekend prior to going into the last lockdown in Victoria, I bought a house in Rye. Tim was the sale agent. I live in Melbourne, 100k away from the place that I bought, therefore I was unable to visit. Tim kept me updated throughout the entire process and appeared to know his prospective buyers and their motivators extremely well. Tim was alway polite and respectful and I appreciated the lack of ‘conditioning and sales spin’ as we approached Auction day. Having sold many properties over the years and having dealt with many agents, Tim definitely sets a great benchmark for the industry. I did have concerns around the Online Auction process (as opposed to onsite), and the potential lack of theatre negatively impacting the energy and momentum. I needn’t have worried as Tim somehow worked the energy remotely, the online system was easy to navigate and it felt very similar to an on-site event. Tim is honest, he knows the market better than most and he is hungry to achieve the best result possible for the vendor. I am thrilled that Tim was able to exceed my ‘champagne’ price and, overall, selling through Tim was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend him and the Belle Property group.
