I can't fault the service and market knowledge of Mal. The results are in the fact that our house sold quickly and at the price that we agreed to. The added value of dealing with Mal, is that I needed assistance in getting my house ready for sale and Mal was instrumental in providing trades, cleaning and styling when I was in Melbourne. Post sale, Mal is helping holiday rent the house until settlement and assisted my tenant to move on. Mal always answers his phone and is always willing and able to help.
