Mal was always ready to answer any questions I had (which were many). I found that the market in the area was approached quite differently even though we were only an hour away from Melbourne. The timing of putting my house on the market was perhaps not as good as it might have been and I think the first 3 - 4 weeks of the campaign were a bit of a waste of time. My marketing budget was also increased due to, I felt, a lack of attention to detail in the documentation. Mal did negotiate a very good deal for my house and ultimately I was very happy with outcome.
