Tim took over the sale of our house from an agent who had left. We felt the former agent's pricing was not very accurate and the house ended up selling for about 30% less than hoped for, but predicting price is a notoriously hard thing to do. Once Tim took over he was very communicative and we felt handled the sale process well, including briefing another agent when he went on leave. HS have been acting as property managers for us for the same property and we have been very pleased with the service.
