Very helpful and accommodating.He met us for an inspection on his day off to fit in with our needs.
We were keen to inspect the property and Mal made a time that suited us even though it was his day off, we did not feel rushed at all during the inspection, Mal was very helpful with local knowledge. Mal was prompt in negotiation talks and follow up paperwork.

a good result for a challenging day
the beach house market is ever changing and having a consistent pipeline of opportunity brings the buyers. on advice we believed we would secure a good price but a few weeks in with market conditions changing the inevitable discussion occurs around 'Reserve'. while we understood the market determines the price and not the agent it is how you prepare your vendor for changes in expectation. On a really wet day when the Peninsula was not at its best we still got a good outcome. Thanks Tim and team
