the beach house market is ever changing and having a consistent pipeline of opportunity brings the buyers. on advice we believed we would secure a good price but a few weeks in with market conditions changing the inevitable discussion occurs around 'Reserve'. while we understood the market determines the price and not the agent it is how you prepare your vendor for changes in expectation.
