Tim's manner was warm but professional allowing us space to make our own decisions. He guided and advised us through this enormous, at times overwhelming auction process. We always tried to listen to his professional advice as he came highly recommend to us and we felt that from the onset we had a good working relationship. Tim's plans didn't always seem to be in the same direction as our thinking but he discussed and explained his reasoning which we respected. A good example was setting the auction reserve where we had a family discussion and accepted his strategic approach. I sincerely thank him for that. We asked Tim to position and represent our property on the market after having managed our property for over a decade. It was a easy decision considering the professional manner in which our property was managed and the fantastic support we received from Tim and his entire office. Tough decision to sell our property in an area we fell in love with but the manner in which Tim provided us with insights, advice, guidance was truly memorable. The care offered and provided with each passing week as we moved closer to auction put us at ease as well as filled us with confidence how the day was going to be managed. Mal was the sales agent for the property I bought in Rye, he was very knowledgeable about the area and gave me good feedback on the property I was interested in with regards to the holiday rental market. Although I got slightly frustrated during the Auction this was due to the Auctioneer doing a great job for the seller eking out every last thousand!
