My wife and I recently engaged Ed Brown from Belle Property Bondi Junction for the sale of our home in Bronte in Sydney. Ed and the team at Belle immediately stood out as having a genuine desire to work with us and tailor a campaign to maximise the results of our property. Before the campaign began Ed shared his insights as to areas we could improve in our home for sale. Ed regularly called or dropped by to check on our progress as we prepared for campaign launch. Once marketing was underway Ed and team excelled. They worked with all prospective buyers and matched their needs to our property. They in turn provided us with regular feedback on interest level and marketing price level expectations. During the campaign we used a variety of advertising and direct marketing mechanisms.
