Working with Ed was great. The service he offered to us was indeed the service we received. He stayed in regular contact with us throughout the campaign, keeping us updated with numbers, interested buyers and feedback from the market. He also offered his expertise in making changes to the presentation of the apartment, which at minimal cost, really made a difference. His knowledge of the market was great and helped us to maximise the numbers of viewings. Ed also did well in the final negotiations with some tough buyers, and we were happy with the final price we received. We enjoyed Ed's personal touch throughout the process - he personally handled all contact with potential buyers and all contact with us. From the outset nothing was too much for Ed and the team – we always felt supported along the way. Couldn't recommend Ed Brown enough. There are numerous agencies out there whose goals are about the number of sales per month whereas with Ed we knew it was about how much he could sell our place for. His negotiating skills on behalf of the vendor are exceptional and managed to get more than we all thought possible. He's also been super helpful in trying to find us a property now that we've sold and has kept his line of communication very much open and is always available for opinions and advice.

The experience of selling our property at 35 Boundary Street Darlinghurst using Edward Brown and the team at Belle Property Bondi Junction was first class, highly professional and we had complete trust in him and his team. Not being in Sydney until two days prior to the planned auction, Edward and his team did all the work of liaising with the tenant and their departure, arranging painters, gardeners and stylist to transfer the house to sales presentation standard. In the final stage Edward seemed to work around the clock in negotiations with four prospects and finalised a sale price prior to auction which well exceeded our expectations. I only have admiration for Edward, his energy, professionalism, communication and negotiation skills and customer service. He runs a great team Belle Property Bondi Junction and I would high recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Edward for buying or selling property. When we were looking to buy a property he worked extremely hard to find us the right place although I was impressed that he never wasted our time with properties that did not exactly fit the brief. When he was helping us to sell our apartment he was in constant communication. I never felt 'in the dark' about what was happening or how his negotiations were progressing. Edward is really personable and interacted with us in a very friendly and relaxed manner, both when we were buying and selling. This is why you have to go with Edward Brown... *1* At the very first "pre-listing" inspection, Edward shows up with no fewer than eight other people. Himself, an assistant, three other real estate agents from the same firm, a painter, photographer & stylist. Super efficient, straight down to business, let's get moving. *2* Then the whole experience kept getting better with detailed follow-ups after each home open and calls almost daily to update me on prospective buyers. I was never in the position where I felt like I needed to call up Edward for an update, he was always ahead of the ball and calling me. *3* In the last two weeks before the auction date, Edward had identified five potential buyers who were placing competing offers. At one stage offers were increasing by just $500 and the fact that Edward kept working at the buyers to get the best possible price for myself is just testament to his skill as a negotiator and ethics. For a real estate agent a $500 increase might only represent $12.50 in commission, but for the vendor that is an extra *$500*. So there's a lot to be said about a real estate agent who will go that extra mile for his clients when negotiations drop down to just $500 increments... *4* Edward is extremely ethical, trustworthy & beyond reproach. For example, I was literally 300 m away from their office on my way to accept an offer when Ed had called me and informed me that they had a new buyer who was yet to receive foreign investment approval, but had indicated they would be bidding above the current offer. It would have been so easy for a less ethical agent to just let this unexpected, risky offer slide so as not to risk the sale and ultimately their commission, but there Ed was calling me with just minutes to spare. I've run out of space here to write all the other reasons, but honestly don't even waste your time interviewing other agents ...Ed is simply hands-down the person you want selling your home!

So it was a very nice surprise to experience Ed's commitment, energy and tenacity in getting the very best result for us. From our first discussion, to advice on getting a professional stylist (do it - money very well spent), through to managing inspections, follow ups and negotiation, he handled it all with great attention to detail and professionalism.
