Kelly Allen has been fantastic from word go, enthusiastic and understood the qualities of the property .The old adage in real estate is that you make the money in getting the listing. Kelly disproved that idiom by working hard to get a good outcome for us but in the same token she was respectful towards prospective buyers. It was a difficult period to sell a house with prospective Sydney buyers locked out of the market but Kelly was resourceful and able to get top dollar for us from further afield.
