Vanessa did a wonderful job selling my house - I noted her previous sales record so decided to use Belle because of her extensive knowledge. We were initially discouraged by the lack of potential buyers turning up at first open - but she expertly turned this around and she-was able to negotiate with the very few people who showed a slight interest - way below what I had hoped - and was able to turn it right around and we achieved a very good price and in only 3 days - which was amazing. As she quoted it’s not the quantity of interest but the quality. Thanks Vanessa and all the best for the future.

I chose Belle Property, and Vanessa in particular to sell my home, as I’d seen the impeccable standard that she’d set on other houses under her name, as well as great sales prices. Vanessa was informative, diligent, and thorough - as well as being non-nonsense with her approach and opinion (something I greatly appreciate!) to the sale of my house. Nicholas was always willing to accommodate any request we had regarding the property. There quite a bit of background work due to the land parcel having a small building envelope. Nicholas was able to arrange two extentions to our due diligence period so that we could gather as much information as possible to help in the decision process.
