Despite two previous buyers withdrawing at the last minute and us becoming frustrated with the withdrawals and the time lost, Kaine made several suggestions during the sales process such obtaining a building defect report, painting and cleaning and I agreed with and acted on all his suggestions. I thank him for staying in touch and felt comfortable working with him.
