Very pleased with the outcome and process of listing and selling the apartment with Belle Property. The agent arranged the necessary works (painting, outdoor tidy etc.) and organisation of display furniture, resulting in a very attractive apartment that sold on the day of auction at an excellent price. Excellent communication throughout the property preparation and sales period. Agent's long standing connection to the area and local knowledge gave us a lot of confidence.

This was the second property Sam has sold for us. Again, Sam did an excellent job at selling an inner city apartment in a difficult market environment. He achieved a price beyond my expectation. His advice regarding the needed improvements, styling, marketing and price were spot on. Importantly his communication skills were terrific. He kept us informed throughout the process and any questions we had were always answered promptly. Sam has a very friendly manner and acts professionally in all regards.
