Our contact Sam Fenna was great to deal with. As we currently live 4 hours from Melbourne literally all our dealings apart from the initial inspection had to be done by phone. Sam was always prompt always at returning my phone calls if he was not available at the time, and always polite and courteous. Buying a home is something most of us only do once or twice in our lives and it can be quite a daunting experience. I would have preferred a private sale campaign rather than an auction which added time to the waiting period and additional stress as a result, but felt I needed to trust his experience in the market. Sam provided regular updates following inspections, with updates of potential new buyers. He proved to be persistent in his work towards selling our property and near the end, when hope was fading, he became positive which gave us hope. He's given us a sale result, and also helped the new owners get a good foothold into the market.
