Selling with Andrew proved to be the best choice we made, as he achieved a higher than expected price with minimal time on the market. Importantly to us, Andrew took up very little of our time with only 1 face to face meeting and only several phone calls to complete the sale. Andrew also provided simple cost effective maintenance advise which helped to present the property in open homes. I would certainly use Andrew to sell property again, based on this experience.

We approached Andrew about selling our house in Koolewong because our research suggested he had a very good track record in securing strong sales in the local area. From our first meeting onwards Andrew we were impressed by his good humour, directness, and his positive but realistic attitude. He offered what seemed to be a fair assessment of our house's value, underpinned by deep knowledge of the local market. He offered really good advice on how to prepare our property for market, and he (along with his associate Lachlan) worked hard to secure interest from buyers to whom our house might appeal. Clearly he was effective - we found a buyer within two weeks of putting the house on the market. We have had less than satisfactory experiences with RE agents in the past - working with Andrew and Lachlan was a great contrast.
