Lachlan was the primary person who assisted me with the sale of my home. Lachlan spent a long time with me in the home when I first considered selling. We talked through some things and he gave me lots of options which were achievable and cost effective in terms of bringing the home to a good sale standard. Lachlan was honest, although sometimes with the current market that honesty was not what I wanted to hear, I think it was important at such a stressful time. Lachlan was always friendly and prompt in his responses. I was living in Sydney with limited access to the property in Central Coast so this was very reassuring.
