Bell at Coorparoo have been terrific!! I don’t have to be concerned about expiring leases because they are onto it well in advance of expiry date. Their inspections with photos are great alerting me to any issues early. They have a good team of trades/handy services who are reasonably priced and are onto issues without delay. They seem to find excellent long term tenants and I’m never out of pocket for late rent. I would recommend John, Chris, Jess and team to anyone wanting a professional no hassle service. I couldn’t be happier with the service at Bell Coorparoo!
