Darrell was up front about some difficult circumstances with the vendor and occupiers and did everything possible to overcome the hurdles to ensure that both the vendor, the occupier and us, as the buyers, got the outcome we all wanted. Darrell's skills were tested and he excelled at remaining calm and projecting a stress free persona. Darrell was courteous, engaged and most to us importantly ethical and honest.
